  • Hawkbucks: Campus Card : Saint Anselm College
    Hawkbucks Main Content Hawkbucks Campus Card Upon your arrival on the Saint Anselm College campus you will be issued a campus card This card will allow you access to your residence hall and will act as your form of payment for meals at our dining locations This card also includes an additional option known as Hawkbucks Currently Hawkbucks allows you to use your card at laundry facilities on campus purchases at the bookstore campus mailroom services and vending machines on campus Because HawkBucks functions as its own distinct option on the card it is completely separate from any dining services board money In order to utilize Hawkbucks you will need to deposit money in your Hawkbucks account GET Funds NEW You re in control with GET Funds You can now manage your Meal Plan and Hawkbucks accounts online or by downloading the GET Funds mobile app Use GET Funds to Deposit funds into your Optional meal plan and Hawkbucks accounts Report your ID card as Lost or Found only applies to most recently Lost card older Lost cards must be reactivated in person in the Davison office Check transaction history View your account balances Send an Add Funds request to your parents or relatives Students must first be registered for an account with the website before logging in to view their account information Register on GET Saint Anselm To begin the registration process on the site click on the link indicating Not Registered Sign up now and fill out the registration form provided Once the form is filled out and submitted a confirmation email will be sent to the address provided this email must be responded to in order for the registration process to complete successfully Parents guardians and other relatives can make online deposits to their student s optional

  • Refund Policy : Saint Anselm College
    the student withdrawals before 60 of the payment period has been completed State and Outside Scholarships State aid and outside scholarships will be refunded to the appropriate agencies in accordance with their respective policies Alternative educational loans will be returned to the lender on the same percentage basis as Tuition and Institutional Aid A student with an alternative loan who has an outstanding balance as a result of the refund calculation may be able to retain a greater percentage of the loan than that used in the refund calculation Withdrawal From the College A student desiring to withdraw from the College should consult with both the assigned academic advisor and the appropriate Dean Students receiving financial aid should discuss the financial implications of this choice with the Office of Financial Aid and a member of the Student Financial Services team as there are often out of pocket costs associated with withdrawal as well as loan repayment obligations The form for withdrawal from the College is available in the Office of the Dean of the College It must be signed by the student and returned to the Office of the Dean of the College The last document academically related activity as indicated on the College withdrawal form will be used to calculate tuition refunds and Title IV federal aid returns when applicable Contracted aid such as Athletic Scholarship Debate Scholarship Resident Assistant Grant and Yearbook Grant are prorated on a per diem basis if a student ceases involvement in any one of these programs The aid will be prorated in the semester the student ceases involvement and will be calculated from the first day of the enrollment period to the day the student stops the program Refunds for students who separate from the College either through official withdrawal procedures or otherwise

    you to check your online statement and remit any balance due Please note that only you have access to the online statement However it can be downloaded printed or e mailed to the person responsible for payment How much can I deduct for the Stafford Loan As long as you have completed the online loan counseling and the Federal Direct Master Promissory Note one half of the freshmen Stafford loan amount of 3 500 00 will be disbursed to the school 15 days before the beginning of the fall semester The balance of the loan will be disbursed at the beginning of the spring semester Origination fees will be deducted from the loan amount at the time of disbursement What about the PLUS loan that I applied for One half of the PLUS loan will be disbursed 15 days before the beginning of the fall semester The second disbursement will be received in January for the spring semester If you have completed the Federal Direct Master Promissory Note and the Saint Anselm College Federal Direct Plus Loan Request form you may deduct the first disbursement from the balance due for the fall semester Origination fees will be deducted from the loan amount at the time of disbursement I applied for an alternative education loan How is that applied Recent changes in federal law require that several different steps must be taken before an alternative loan can be processed These generally include completion of the loan application by the student normally online first disclosure providing general terms of the loan completion of a self certification form by the student acknowledgement and acceptance by the student of the terms provided in the second disclosure completion of the Saint Anselm Lender Selection Form and submission of the form to the Office of Financial
