    your enrollment deposit housing options will be presented to you based on your campus and academic major Choose the Select Your Housing button in the Priority Tasks box on My ASU to customize these preferences You should review your options as soon as you have paid your enrollment deposit to improve your chances of receiving your living and dining preferences Housing Exceptions ASU expects all freshmen students to live on campus University Housing will review requests for housing exceptions on a case by case basis Read about the exception process Transfer upper division and graduate students Housing applications for continuing students are being accepted for the 2014 2015 academic year Please use our online system to select your preferred housing assignment and payment plan also available from the Customize Your Housing link in the Campus Services tab in the On campus Living box on My ASU You will also be selecting your meal plan Meal plans are required for all freshmen and some upper class communities Through our system you will agree to the terms of our License Agreement for the full academic year Please make sure you read it fully Additionally academic year students can purchase season tickets for ASU football and men s basketball right to your student account New spring students can elect to purchase men s basketball tickets to your student account Housing and Dining Confirmation Fee All Arizona State University Housing residents must read and electronically or physically sign the University Housing License Agreement A non refundable Housing Living and Dining Confirmation fee of 125 00 will automatically be billed to your ASU student account and due immediately If financial aid is awarded and accepted your confirmation payment may be covered by your aid By signing this agreement you agree to reside in on campus housing for both the fall and spring semesters the agreement binds the student financially for the entire academic year Please note this fee is for processing preparing and reserving your housing preferences This is not considered a contract fee and is due regardless if an actual housing assignment is made Roommate Requests Roommate requests are considered for students living in the same residential college To make a request you and your requested roommate must indicate the other as his her roommate choice including name ASU ID number with same hall residential college preferences Roommate requests are subject to space availability and are not guaranteed Charges and Deadlines Our Schedule of Charges and Deadlines are subject to change please review the academic year calendar for important dates Please be advised that the ASU University Housing License Agreement is for a full academic year Meal Plans and Dining Options Dining with friends is an integral part of your college experience Whether it s a quick bite on the go or a casual sit down meal with friends a meal plan is an effortless way to refuel and reconnect With a meal plan you have secured spending so there s no need to
