    Meeting Room ASU departments may request space at any time throughout the year Student organizations registered with the Student Organization Office can request space at any time during the current academic year To accommodate all registered student organizations each group is limited to 1 room per week Reservations Reservations for events and meetings in the Memorial Union can be made in several ways Email mureservations asu edu or complete the Event and Meeting Services Form Phone at 480 965 3406 Fax request to 480 965 5834 Visit the office located on the main level of the MU behind the Information Desk Click here to log in or request an on line account Click here to view a calendar of events Additional information For more information about catering or to request catering services please contact ASUCatering gmail com or ASU Catering by phone at 480 965 6508 or visit the ASU catering sales office located in the MU Room 182 For a map of the Memorial Union click here For a map of the second floor with room details click here EMS Rates Fees Guidelines When making a reservation with Event and Meeting Services please provide the following information Preferred date of event and alternative dates if possible Time and duration of event Expected number of persons in attendance If food and or beverage service will be ordered Audio visual and set up needs Please note An appointment with a staff member may be necessary Your reservation will usually be processed within two full working days of your request A confirmation will be provided when the reservation form has been verified and signed Late requests for changes cancellations additional rooms or equipment submitted less than 2 full working days of the event will be assessed a late request fee Some rooms

    may reserve the following outdoor areas for tabling on the mall informational displays or special events Portions of Cady and Orange Mall Hayden Lawn Student Services Lawn To make a mall lawn reservation please submit an Outdoor Event Form to Event and Meeting Services at least 1 week prior to your event forms will not be accepted with less than two full working days notice Special events and any event that includes a non university organization should be submitted at least 2 weeks in advance as many will require extra approvals insurance and or fees An event coordinator will review the request and advise you on additional steps needed to approve your use of space More information can be found in the terms and conditions document linked below The MU has tables and chairs available for use by ASU affiliated groups that are available to pick up PE West from 9 30 10 30 a m returning 1 30 2 30 p m Monday Wednesday and Fridays and 1 15 2 15 p m Tuesday and Thursdays Equipment may be available for pick up or delivery after hours and on weekends for a fee The MU also has a sound system for use on the North Stage Hayden Lawn and Student Services lawn This equipment must be reserved prior to event and can be picked up at the MU information desk by presenting an ID and may be used Weekdays from 11 30 a m 1 p m 5 p m 10 p m Friday from 5 p m 1 a m and Saturday from 8 a m 11 p m No amplification is permitted on Sundays Before requesting space please review the policies associated with holding space on the mall lawn under the Student Services Manual SSM under SSM
