    equipment occurring as a result of actions by user or its guests invitees employees patrons members or personnel normal wear and tear excluded If replacement of equipment special clean up or repairs are required the user client will be responsible for appropriate labor and material costs No hand written signage may be placed in public areas without the consent of SACS Director or designee Any signage or banners must be arranged at least two 2 weeks in advance and delivered four 4 business days in advance so arrangements for placement can be made Applicable fees will apply Under no circumstances should said items be adhered to walls or windows in reserved space of the facility by way of nails thumbtacks or any adhesive except painters tape Decorations must be placed in pre approved locations Nothing can be taped to doors walls or windows arrangements should be made ahead of time to identify location and method for displaying signs posters flyers and decorations Glitter confetti and lit candles are prohibited For Non ASU groups prior to release and or publication all materials press releases web postings distributed to the public which make reference in any way to Arizona State University must be reviewed by the Director of Student Activities and Conference Services or their designee User shall not use the name of the University or any Arizona State University sign logo symbol etc for any purpose without the prior written consent of the University in each instance University Center Building Delph Courtyard and the Verde Dining Pavilion have in house catering service No other off site companies may cater in these locations Food and beverage served in any other space managed by SACS may be ordered from our in house catering service or a food waiver must be submitted through SACS to request a different vendor SACS will coordinate this process from receipt of food waiver application Non ASU groups are only allowed to use on campus catering services All Arizona State University facilities are designated public venues As such all movies shown must have copyright approval Events requiring designated event services staff or building manager will be billed per hour respectively All events falling outside of tradition building hours will require a building manager and any other events determined to need additional support supervision may be subject to additional staffing charges at the discretion of Student Activities and Conference Services Student Activities and Conference Services audio visual equipment is not designed to support musical or theatrical performances directly We will assist any client needing to contract outside Audio Visual services for these types of events Musical or other theatrical performances must stay below the acceptable sound level as determined by the building manager so as not to infringe on other functions occurring at the same time Sound levels at outdoor events must stay within the decibel range acceptable for the day time based on City of Phoenix codes Failure to stay within sound limitations may result in immediate termination of

    543 7275 Digital Signage Where will the digital signage be displayed Sun Devil Fitness Complex University Center Building Verde Dining Pavilion Various Locations throughout USG Area Health Services West Lobby Info Desk East Lobby Café West 1st 2ndFloors East Entry Doors North East Dish Drop Changemaker Devil s Den Our digital signage locations are available at the following locations You may request your signage to be displayed or excluded from any location buildings How do I submit a request for digital signage ASU Faculty and Staff may submit requests for digital signage by emailing an attachment directly to digital signage west asu edu Student organizations must send requests to the Office of Student Engagement OSE for approval Once approved OSE will forward the signage document to William Mancini What type of document should I send Most any type of document can be displayed on the digital signage system used However the use of PDF or PNG files are encouraged What type of document dimensions should be used Most any type of document dimension may be displayed on the digital signage monitors The common 8 x 11 flyer document in portrait or landscape orientation will display nicely For more specific design guidelines see the design guidelines page How long will the signage be displayed The digital signage will generally rotate on a cycle anywhere between 20 30 seconds Signage that is specific to an event date will be set to automatically delete after the date of the event passes Signage that is intended to display continually will be re evaluated at the end of every semester Design Guidelines The use of high contrast is encouraged since higher contrast will display optimally on our TV monitors Most importantly since the flyers display on rotations of approximately 30 seconds and are on monitors

    of CORA members actively sponsor student faith based organizations at ASU and work together to guide strengthen and enhance the college experience Most members have ministries and places of worship close to campus or utilize the Danforth Chapel to provide regular worship services As a whole the Council of Religious Advisors participates in volunteer opportunities on campus assists with Fall Welcome activities helps students move in to the residential halls and holds spiritual fairs on campus to educate the community about religious opportunities and different faiths CORA Mission The mission of the Council of Religious Advisors is to promote good will cooperation and dialogue among all of the religious and faith based groups represented in the campus community without any compromise of the beliefs of the particular faiths represented The Council works to help build and foster an atmosphere on campus conducive to religious life and scholarly pursuit Services Support Opportunity There are CORA groups on all four campuses each consisting of a variety of faith based ministries that provide unique and distinct opportunities for student involvement and support Ministries involved with CORA engage in a variety of volunteer activities such as providing food clothing and shelter to the homeless working with cities and communities on emergency preparedness efforts working to bring families out of poverty and crisis and supporting a number of campus and community efforts CORA members are also on campus regularly to provide guidance and support to students engage in discussions surrounding faith and religion and provide prayer and grief counseling in times of need The ultimate goal of CORA is to educate encourage and enlighten students in their journey and to assist them in discovering and reaching their highest potential Additionally Council members provide safe fun and exciting activities such as comedy shows movie nights lunches
