    Recruitment PHA Sorority Recruitment Cultural Fraternity and Sorority Recruitment How to Join FAQ Contact Us How to Join Welcome to the Arizona State University Fraternity Sorority Community The fraternity and sorority community at ASU has a rich 85 years of tradition on campus Joining a fraternity or sorority can be an exciting experience to meet new people make new friends and explore opportunities to get engaged on campus The joining process is either council or chapter coordinated depending on which organization you are interested in joining Fraternities and sororities conduct recruitment and intake events activities and informational sessions at various times during the year Rush Recruitment and Intake are terms used by fraternities and sororities to identify the joining process Intake is a term specifically used by many culturally based organizations to bring new members into an organization Please know that many councils and chapters have minimum GPA requirements either from high school or college in order to participate in the recruitment or intake process If you are interested in receiving emails with important dates and events submit the fraternity sorority life interest form https orgsync com 78520 forms 101815 How to Join IFC Fraternity Recruitment PHA Sorority Recruitment Cultural

  • Starting a New Student Organization | Educational Outreach and Student Services
    In order to create a new registered student organization you will need the following 3 or more members who are current ASU students in good academic standing An ASU faculty or staff member full or part time benefits eligible serving as your organization advisor A constitution outlining your purpose and operating procedure Attendance by a student representative from your organization at a Student Organization Information Session You can register a new student organization at any time 2013 2014 registration for Tempe campus organizations is good through April 30 2014 Re registering will open April 1 2014 Steps Visit asu orgsync com and click on OrgSync Sign In and log in with your ASURITE ID and password If it is your first time using OrgSync you will be prompted to create a user profile Click on Organizations and then Add Organization Click on Register a New Organization Fill out Basic Organization Info identify officer information upload a copy of your constitution Your faculty staff advisor will be automatically emailed an Advisor Commitment Form for them to fill out Attend a mandatory Information Session Once the above steps are all complete your registration for 2013 2014 will be approved by Student Organizations

    have been previously registered and wishing to continue with registered status must renew their status each year Registration of Tempe campus organizations runs April 1 30 Clubs that have not completed ALL the registration steps will be disabled after the re registration deadline thus losing access to resources and privileges afforded to registered organizations Steps to Re register Visit asu orgsync com and click on OrgSync Sign In and log in with your ASURITE ID and password Find your organization under Organizations Go to Settings Contact Student Organizations Leadership if you do not have administrative access for your organization at 480 965 9665 Update your 2014 2015 officer information Make sure the constitution uploaded is the most current for your organization Enter your faculty staff advisor s email Your advisor will automatically receive an Advisor Commitment Form via email which they must fill out to complete your re registration Complete the Information Session Quiz at the end of the form You must answer all questions correctly to receive credit The Information Session presentation can be viewed in your organization s OrgSync portal under Files Tempe student organization files Information Session Once you have completed all the steps your application will
