    who most closely match our internship training program criteria will be invited to interview with us by telephone Timeline Application Deadline November 2 2014 Receipt of Materials We will contact applicants by email throughout the process Our staff notifies applicants by email if an application is incomplete You will receive an email confirming that your application is complete no later than two weeks after the deadline Applicant Notification We will contact all applicants by email on December 12 2014 to notify them of their status selected for an interview or no longer under consideration If you are traveling during that time and do not have access to email please provide us with a telephone number where you can be reached Interviews Since most applicants have limited travel budgets we conduct all interviews by telephone to insure equity in the interview process Telephone interviews will take place in January There will be two interviews the first one for 30 minutes with an intern selection team that consists of one senior staff clinician and one intern and the second one with the training director for 30 minutes The first interview will be focusing on clinical interest clinical skills and fit with our program The second interview will be rather informal Contact with Staff We welcome contact from prospective applicants We want to provide as much information as possible to aid in your evaluation of our program Please feel free to contact Bong Joo Hwang Ph D Training Director by email bongjoo hwang asu edu by telephone 480 965 6146 Your request will be given to the appropriate staff who will then contact you You may also visit ASU CS We will be happy to arrange for a convenient time to meet with the Training Director tour the agency and meet with training
