    Industrial Technology Packaging Management HR and Information Systems Information Systems Concentration Management Human Resources Concentration Marketing Return to Undergraduate Programs Home Business programs are accredited by AACSB Program Outcomes Quantitative Outcomes Increase in GPA Retention Rates In the 2014 15 Academic Year 72 of Mentees increased their GPA as a result of being involved in the program Mentees who joined the program on Academic Probation are more likely to remove themselves from Academic Probation by the end of the Academic Year in comparison to Non Mentees on Academic Probation 76 of of Mentees who joined the program on Academic Probation removed themselves from Academic Probation by the end of the program Retention rates of Mentees based on the 2014 15 Academic Year indicates an 89 retention rate into the following Academic Year with a 100 retention rates among Sophomore and Junior Mentees Qualitative Outcomes In addition to GPA and retention rates Mentees and Peer Mentors develop the following Support Guidance Increase in support guidance and academic coaching to reach academic and personal goals Empowerment Advancement in motivation and encouragement to reach academic and personal goals Boundaries Expectations Development of creating accountability and responsibility towards academic and personal goals Cal Poly Connectivity Increase in sense of connectedness and involvement to Cal Poly s campus culture Commitment to Learning Development and application of positive attitudes skills and behaviors necessary to reach academic and personal goals to succeed academically Social Competencies Expansion in building productive relationships in order to create campus academic and personal support systems Positive Identity Progression in identifying strengths to enhance academic abilities self efficacy and capacity to succeed Leadership Skill Advancement Development of professional and career related skills knowledge and abilities Progression in collaboration strategies and facilitation skills to utilize in academic settings Recent News Paul Orfalea Speaks to
