    since 1998 and specializes in risk arbitrage transactions He also is a managing member and co founder of a local real estate investment firm specializing in commercial opportunities He and his wife have served in various capacities for their church and Chicago area soup kitchens and Meals on Wheels programs He serves as a Board Member of Velocity Consulting and a Faculty sponsor of the Finance and Investment Club the Carthage Accounting Association and Students In Free Enterprise He has previously sponsored independent applied research projects for his students as well as directed Summer Undergraduate Research Experiences in an official capacity at Carthage He has traveled to England Ireland and China with his students and taught them in conjunction with many professors internationally He has established an internship program with a large company in the Guangzhou district in China He serves as an advisor to many students and extremely proud of all of their accomplishments His students have went on to study at many graduate institutions including Harvard Hawaii Marquette and the University of Wisconsin Additionally they have found employment in Europe Asia South America Africa the Caribbean Canada and all over the U S A They hold positions in small companies and much larger ones such as Abbott the CBOE Chase Dayton Power Light Deloitte Diversey Hospira Jockey Morgan Stanley and the SEC to name a few Prof Wall earned a master s of business administration degree from Marquette University in 2006 where he has also taught as an adjunct professor Among his current research projects he is currently studying factors that influence fraudulent behavior in the professional investing community as the qualitative portion of the Doctorate he is working towards at Case Western Reserve University His research has been published in the American Journal of Business Education and
