    Pack in advance online The order deadline is Sunday April 3 Please direct questions to the Alumni Association at 800 286 2586 FACULTY Faculty orders are coordinated by each college office Colleges or departments work directly with the supplier Unique Recognitions to place faculty orders by using the electronic order form The deadline for ordering faculty regalia is Friday April 1 2016 Type of Regalia Cost FACULTY CAP GOWN TASSEL ONLY RENTAL 22 00 FACULTY CAP GOWN TASSEL HOOD RENTAL 48 00 FACULTY HOOD ONLY RENTAL 26 00 DISTRIBUTION ALL When Wednesday Thursday and Friday May 11 13 2016 8 00 a m 5 00 p m Where Moby C Wing east side of Moby Complex Intramural Gym REGALIA RETURN Return of regalia will be immediately after the ceremony at Moby C Wing There may be a charge for late returns Any late returns should be sent directly to Herff Jones Returns 1000 N Market Street Champaign IL 61820 Printed Announcements and Class Ring Sales Company representatives from CB Grad Announcements announcements and Josten s class rings will be present in the Lory Student Center Flea Market area outside the CSU Bookstore to take customized orders on February 16 17 and 18 Tuesday Wednesday and Thursday 10 00 a m 3 00 p m After February 18 announcement orders may be placed online or 800 433 0296 Customized orders are returned within seven days of being ordered The CSU Bookstore will sponsor a Grad Fair on Wednesday February 17 in the lower level of the Bookstore Generic announcements non personalized announcements may be purchased at the University Bookstore at any time Diploma Covers Graduates receive a diploma cover at commencement The actual diploma will be mailed to you six to eight weeks after Commencement For those unable to attend the ceremonies diploma covers are available in the Registrar s Office at no charge Diploma covers can be mailed by calling 491 7159 the postage cost is 5 00 per cover for U S mailings Guests The ceremony will last approximately 1 5 2 hours Special seating will be available for guests in wheelchairs those who have difficulty managing stairs and individuals with hearing impairments Wheelchairs are not available on site This seating is limited so please do not plan for large groups to sit in this area Sign language interpreters will also be available during the ceremony Photography Photography will be provided by Grad Images Graduates and their families can purchase photos directly from the photographer at their website www gradimages com Parking at Moby Arena Free parking is available on Friday in Moby Arena parking lot 195 see campus maps or Lot 240 near the Engineering Academic Village For the most up to date announcements regarding parking and construction impact please check the CSU construction updates on the maps site There should be sufficient time between ceremonies to minimize parking congestion but support staff will be present to direct traffic as necessary Additional information regarding parking can be obtained
