    will assist in troubleshooting any voice text or data connection problems for any CUIT iPhone being used in the United States If you are outside the United States and the global features are active on your line you must contact the carrier for direct global support Every CUIT IOS and Android comes with a 1 year warranty which covers any device problem including the battery the charging port and the screen as long as the device does not have water or physical damage If your device is malfunctioning we recommend you take it to an Apple store for troubleshooting They will be able to replace it if necessary If your device is replaced by Apple you must contact us with the new device information so that we can update our records A broken or shattered screen physical damage water or liquid damage are not covered by the 1 year warranty If your IOS device is out of warranty or not covered by the warranty you will need to purchase a new device from CUIT If your IOS device has water or physical damage Apple might be able to replace it for a small fee We recommend that you take the device to an Apple store for direct support Verizon global support can be reached toll free at 908 559 4899 and ATT global support can be reached toll free at 916 843 4685 Please note The IOS device battery is not replaceable by the customer You may be without a wireless device for several days if your device needs to be sent to Apple for battery replacement We recommend you take the device to an Apple store Please keep in mind that the iPhone uses a different voicemail system When you switch your number from any model other than an

    available for all ATT devices Click here to review the ATT international data plans for wireless modems and iPads Click here to review the Verizon international data plans for wireless modems and iPad How much will it cost to send receive emails and browse the web in another country Travelers need to be especially careful of data charges Without an international data plan the rates are far more expensive than for roaming voice calls and text messages Even with an international data plan wireless modems and iPads can still be more expensive than using internet access provided by many hotels If you are traveling within the U S Puerto Rico and the U S Virgin Islands you DO NOT need the international data plan If you travel often we recommend you keep the international data plan since it includes domestic data You can sign up for the service by sending email to askcuit columbia edu or calling the CUIT Service Desk at 212 854 1919 ATT For wireless modems and iPads the international plan covers 800MB of usage within specific countries Usage outside the specific countries data is charged per MB and can become quite expensive very quickly For example if you have the 800MB international data plan and travel to Spain and use 900MB of data only the first 800MB are included in the 120 monthly international plan Because Spain is a select country the remaining 100MB are charged at 10 10MB meaning you are responsible for 1000 Without an international data plan or outside select countries ATT users pay 0195 KB 20 MB For example if you travel to South Africa a non Data Select Country and use 200MB of data which is about a day or usage or less Your 800MB allowance will NOT apply to data
