    OtterID How do I reset my password Changing your Password What is the default password When you first get your OtterID account your default password is your date of birth in the format of the capitalized month followed by the two digit day and four digit year For example if your birthdate was November 9 1980 your password would be November 091980 Where else are there computers on campus PC and Mac computer labs or lab classrooms can be used when no classes are in session Chapman Science Academic Center Bldg 53 S128 Bldg 82B rm 115 Bldg 82D rm 115 Where are the Mac labs Three computers on the first floor of the library run Mac OS the rest are now Windows only Where can I use a scanner There is a scanner in the public computing area near Peet s Coffee in the library Scanners are also available for use in Valley Hall Bldg 82 D 115 from M F when class is not in session Instructions for use are attached to the scanners How do I check my printing balance Go to your dashboard and scroll all the way down to the bottom of the page Your print balance appears in the lower left hand corner but will not show until you have printed at least one page this year How do I add money to my printing balance Adding credit to your printing balance Where can I get software help using Word PowerPoint Excel etc Meet with a Tech Tutor or try an online tutorial Otherwise the IT Help Desk on the first floor of the library is staffed with students who will sometimes provide basic help with software For learning software students can also make an appointment with a Tech Tutor at ASAP located on
