  • Commencement | Cal State Monterey Bay
    up to six 6 complimentary tickets for the ceremony This is for fall 15 spring 16 and summer 16 graduates Tickets will be available at Gradfest As the university s graduating classes have grown since CSU Monterey Bay s founding crowds in Freeman Stadium have also grown Obviously the stadium s safe capacity must not be exceeded A free commencement ticketing plan is in place By order of the State Fire Marshal and for safety purposes all attendees age 2 or older are required to have a ticket to attend commencement The process will be fair and equitable while still maintaining the safety of this event and enabling maximum attendance for family members Any student who has tickets he or she does not need may share them with another participating student using the Commencement Facebook page Students can also return unneeded tickets to the Campus Service Center The sale of commencement tickets is expressly prohibited by the Student Conduct Code If you or your guests require special accommodations for disabilities please go the Campus Service Center to exchange your General Admission Ticket for an ADA ticket For more information please visit the Disability Accommodations web information and or contact Student Disability Resources Check our FAQs Parking Each graduating student is provided one parking permit in your envelope with your six admission tickets This parking permit is the only permit valid for commencement parking areas All other CSUMB parking permits are NOT VALID for commencement parking areas on Commencement Day Other parking lots on campus may be used and graduates guests may walk or ride the shuttle to the event Carpooling is encouraged Commencement parking areas include all parking lots and areas surrounding the stadium Parking Lot 18 and Parking Lot 97 Staff will be on site to direct traffic to

    Additional Assistance Logging into the CSUMB Dashboard This online reference provides instructions how to view and update your emergency contacts information step 1 Navigation Main Menu Self Service Campus Personal Information Emergency Contacts step 2 To add an emergency contact click the Add An Emergency Contact button Step 3 Enter contact name and from the drop down menu choose the type of relationship Step 4 If the address of your emergency contact is the same as yours check the box Same Address as Individual and choose the address type accordingly from the drop down menu Step 5 If the address of your emergency contact is NOT the same as yours click the Edit Address link to edit add address of the new emergency contact Step 6 Enter address information of the new emergency contact and click the OK button Step 7 If the phone of your emergency contact is the same as yours check the box Same Phone as Individual and choose the phone type accordingly from the drop down menu step 8 If the phone of your emergency contact is NOT the same as yours enter the phone number information Step 9 To add another phone number of the emergency contact click the Add A Phone Number button Step 10 Choose the phone type accordingly for the emergency contact from the drop down menu Step 11 Enter the phone number phone extension if available for the emergency contact You can add additional phone numbers if necessary and once done click the Save button to save the information Step 12 Click the OK button to confirm that the information were successfully saved step 13 Chose the Emergency Primary Contact Please Note The Emergency Primary Contact checkmark is still required to be selected even if there is only one emergency contact
