    for designated motorcycle parking locations Reserved parking permits are available to full VP s and Dean s at the discretion of the President s Office University Visitors For all visitors volunteers and vendors submit a Guest Parking Request no later than two days prior to their visit Areas marked with bright yellow reserved signs are not for visitors All buses are to park in Lot 11A gravel lot see campus map 1 hour metered parking is available in Lot 1 near the Library around University Circle Free temporary time limit parking spaces are available in Lot 11 near MSR campus administrative building Lot 8 near the Arena Lot 2 near the Art and Theatre buildings Disabled Parking To use a disabled parking space or to park in a metered space a valid CSU Stanislaus parking permit as well as a valid DMV Placard or Disabled plate must be displayed CCR Title 5 Division 5 Article 7 42200 Ed Code 67301a Enforced 24 7 year round Disabled parking map Year Round Enforcement Parking permits are enforced in all lots 7AM 10PM M F including non instruction days e g spring break Permits do not exempt vehicles from paying parking meter fees unless displayed with a valid DMV issued disabled placard or plate Student semester and daily permits are valid in employee parking areas after 4 p m and in areas marked with bright yellow reserved signs after 5 p m The following areas are enforced 24 7 year round Disabled stalls red curbs fire lanes time limit spaces service maintenance stalls white and yellow curbs and meter parking Service vehicle spaces must be available to ambulance fire police maintenance and other service vehicles Vehicles parked over 20 minutes in service vehicle only spaces may receive a parking ticket Parking Tickets Don

    Admissions Athletics Campus Life Giving You are here Home Warrior Watch Warrior Watch The Warrior Watch program is a bystander intervention program developed by the CSU Stanislaus Safe Campus Committee The mission of this program is to Provide students of the college community with the knowledge awareness and skills to identify and prevent high risk behaviors that may lead to alcohol related deaths discrimination and or harassment including sexual violence Our Warrior Watch members are encouraged to promote a student culture of kindness responsibility compassion and respect By attending this training students will be able to Recognize the signs of alcohol poisoning Identify and report discrimination and or harassment including sexual violence Effectively intervene with their peers Empower students to take care of themselves Warrior Watch participants are provided CPR and first aid certification training in depth bystander intervention training alcohol awareness training and discrimination harassment sexual violence awareness training To be a Warrior Watch member you must complete all the training requirements and one post training check in session Opportunities to participate in additional events offered Join the Warrior Watch Printer friendly version Warrior Watch Join the Warrior Watch Contact Information Hannah Day Email Hannah The University is committed

    Senior Parent of a Senior Junior Freshman Sophomore Senior year is an exciting time as new beginnings are quickly approaching Your student will begin the college application process this year so keep materials organized and mark your calendar for application and financial aid deadlines Applying to CSU Stanislaus New students need to submit their application by the application deadline Students will receive an automatic confirmation when they submit their electronic application Check out the admission requirements and application process for new students Housing Students who have applied to Cal State Stanislaus and are pending admission notification may still submit a reservation request to guarantee a bed space while you wait to hear from the University Admissions Office Admitted students may go directly to the online housing application to begin their application Financial Aid To apply for financial aid at CSU Stanislaus your student must complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid FAFSA The FAFSA form is available online or your student can pick up a paper copy from his or her guidance counselor a public library or college university financial aid office after January 1 Helpful hints for the FAFSA Filing the FAFSA online is the quickest and most convenient method To complete the FAFSA you need student and parent 1040s and W 2s CSU Stanislaus Title IV code for the FAFSA is 001157 The priority deadline for the FAFSA is March 2 Parents and students can apply for a US Department of Education PIN by visiting www pin ed gov The PINS are used to electronically sign online FAFSA s making the process easier and faster CSU Stanislaus also offers several scholarships for first year students Information and eligibility criteria for scholarships for first year students and transfer students are available at the Financial Aid Website Career Exploration

    Junior year is a great time to start the college search process With this is mind your student should plan to visit colleges and take advantage of college fairs for opportunities to speak with many different schools When visiting colleges or speaking with college representatives your student should think about the questions to ask that will help him or her make future decisions Tips for finding your college match Schedule a campus visit with CSU Stanislaus College Entrance Exams Your student can register in September for the October PSAT Scores are important as they are used to qualify for the National Merit Scholarship Competition and the National Achievement program plus it is good practice for the ACT PSAT results should arrive in December which will give your student an opportunity to consult with the guidance counselor to discuss the best way to prepare for the ACT and SAT The ACT and SAT should also be included in the plan for this year Keep in mind that CSU Stanislaus looks for students to meet a qualifiable eligibility index as part of the admission requirements Encourage your student to take advantage of the testing opportunities throughout the year to ensure more chances at getting the best possible scores For more information on the SAT and ACT tests visit the Websites or your student can speak with his or her guidance counselor Choosing a Career This can be a fun and challenging process As a junior in high school your student can begin to explore many career options by checking out some of these links A Z Majors provides information about CSU Stanislaus majors including catalog information and links to the respective department s Website Career Services at CSU Stanislaus has several links to assist your student in finding out more information on
