    with instructions to create one password to access myCSUSTAN your student portal and Stanislaus State email account It is the student s responsibility to keep track of their admission application through myCSUSTAN and their university e mail Please note these are two different accounts with the same username and password 3 Send required documents to complete application To Stanislaus State Admissions Office One University Circle Turlock CA 95382 Schools subscribing to Parchment may submit transcripts electronically Freshman We make preliminary offers of admission to first time freshman applicants whose high school GPA based on a g college preparatory courses is 3 00 and above based on the information provided on the application For applicants with a GPA lower than 3 00 transcripts and test scores are required and will be noted on the student s portal myCSUSTAN Applicants for whom a decision cannot be made for any reason will be required to submit transcripts and test scores and noted on myCSUSTAN Only if requested submit documents listed in your myCSUSTAN To Do list If accepted to the university send final official transcripts showing the date of high school graduation by the specified deadline Test scores should be sent preferably electronically from either the American College Test ACT or the SAT Reasoning Test of the College Board no later than the specified deadline Transfers We make preliminary offers of admission to transfer applicants based on information provided on the application and submitted transcripts Transfer applicants must submit official transcripts from each college and university attended If accepted to the university send final official transcripts by the specified deadline Test scores or other external credit must be sent directly from the issuing agency ie College Board CLEP military credit etc by the specified deadline Requirement Substitution for Students with Disabilities All applicants

    Courses Years required A History Social Science 1 year of U S history or 1 semester U S history and 1 semester civics or American government 1 year social science or history 2 years B English College preparatory English composition and literature 4 years C Mathematics College preparatory three 1 year courses in algebra geometry and intermediate algebra or algebra II or a 3 year long sequence such as Math 1 2 3 or integrated math 1 2 3 3 years 4 recommended D Laboratory Science 1 year biological science w lab i e biology anatomy physiology 1 year physical science w lab i e chemistry physics 2 years E Language Other Than English 2 years in the same language may be satisfied by demonstrating equivalent competence in another language 2 years F Visual Performing Arts 1 year in the same discipline Art dance theater drama music 1 year G College Prep Electives To be selected from the above A F areas and other approved electives 1 year View a full list of a g courses for your High School 3 Have a qualifiable eligibility index Expand Collapse Your high school grade point average is calculated using your grades in all your college prep A G classes completed after 9th grade and prior to graduation To calculate your eligibility index multiply your grade point average by 800 and add your combined score on the SAT using the combined scores earned on the critical reading and math sections The CSU does not use the SAT Writing score for admission purposes You may use the best score earned in individual test dates Or if you took the ACT multiply your grade point average by 200 and add ten times the ACT composite score ACT Writing score is not considered in the composite
