    young children supporting erikson contribute to erikson ways to give areas of support give online corporate foundation gifts Frequently asked questions How do I register Registering online for Continuing Education at Erikson is safe secure and simple Follow these steps and you ll be registered for all the workshops you need to keep your license up to date I am registering for myself Select one of our offerings View our offerings In each offering select the type of credit you d like to receive by clicking the radio buttons near the bottom of each page You may select more than one but you ll pay 15 for extra credit Click Add to Cart All done Click Proceed to Checkout Want to add more workshops Click Continue Shopping and repeat the process for other workshops When you ve made your final selection click the Proceed to Checkout button Enter all of the information requested including a password you ll use for the future when you login Click Place Order for an employee a colleague or another third party Select one of our offerings View our offerings Download the Third Party Registration Form Follow the instructions listed on the form Fax the completed form s to Matthew Zaradich at 312 460 3866 or email a scanned copy to email protected How do I cancel my registration If you are already enrolled and you wish to change or withdraw your registration you must submit a request in writing by fax letter or e mail to email protected To receive a refund of registration fees your request for a withdrawal must be received no later than five business days before the first class session Withdrawals are subject to a 15 processing fee What if I need to pay by check or money order If
