    Government Policies Membership ID Card All new members will be assessed a one time initiation fee of 25 00 to cover the expense of the FGCU Campus Recreation Membership ID card All Campus Recreation members must present their valid FGCU Campus Recreation ID at the front desk when using Campus Recreation facilities A FGCU Campus Recreation ID is nontransferable Expired unauthorized or counterfeit ID cards will be confiscated and privileges may be revoked There is a 20 00 replacement fee for a lost stolen or damaged FGCU Campus Recreation ID card There is no replacement fee for a malfunctioning card Cancellations and Refunds All requests for cancellations and or refunds must be formally submitted to Stacy Hopkins at shopkins fgcu edu Cancellations within the first year of membership are subject to a 40 processing fee Refunds are processed on a case by case basis typically for a medical reason or extenuating circumstances If Campus Recreation authorizes a refund they will be paid on a prorated basis and be paid only for the remainder of the term of the membership period Assumption of Risk Participation in Campus Recreation programs and facilities is completely voluntary Users participate at their own risk and

    Resources Division of Student Affairs Office of Student Involvement Student Government Group Fitness Group Fitness classes are free for currently enrolled FGCU students faculty staff with memberships and members All classes are drop in and take place in the group fitness studio or outside when indiciated Sign up forms are made available one hour prior to the class start time at the Rec Center front desk first come first served To view a short class description click on the desired time frame Group Fitness Policies Participants must have a valid Eagle ID or be a member of the Recreation Center Non students and non members must purchase a guest pass to be eligible for participation It is encouraged that you arrive 5 10 minutes early for a class Late participants may not be allowed to enter once class has started Please sign in for class at the front desk There is a limit of 15 25 people per class depending on class type Classes must have 2 participants to avoid cancellations cancelled classes will not be made up Appropriate workout attire is required as per Recreation Center policy Out of respect for our instructors and other participants cell phone use

    you will be given an account to access technology resources at FGCU If you are a new student you need to activate your account Once you have successfully activated your account you can access FGCU s student Email Computer Labs course materials electronically reserved at FGCU s Library and various other resources that require user authentication If you have not yet done so please Activate Your FGCU Student Account Three seperate identification numbers are required to access technology at FGCU your PIN number your Student ID and a Library ID NOTIS ID Personal Identification Number PIN Once you have registered with FGCU you will be given a PIN The PIN is used to activate your student account as well as look up your password if you forget The PIN is also used for online registration viewing grades financial aid and other student information Your PIN was mailed in your Admissions Notification Letter If you do not have your admissions letter you can contact the Office of the Registrar at 590 7980 for instructions in requesting your PIN Since PINs are considered confidential information they will not be provided via phone fax or email PINs will be mailed to the most
