    Email wmc fgcu edu Campus Support Room 30 Keys and Building Access Key Information and Forms As stated in the Lock and Key Policy each department must have a both a Designated Key Custodian Form and a Signature Authorization Form on file with the Work Management Center in order to identify individuals who can request keys and building access for employees in their department Key requests can be made for any employee or student worker on campus However student workers OPS employees and adjunct faculty must obtain written approval with a signature from their supervisor for a key can be picked up from the Work Management Center Temporary access cards can be issued to temporary or student employees For security purposes departments and colleges should not keep keys for reissue within the department unless the proper paperwork is completed University employees are responsible for returning all items listed on their Employee Key Agreement to the Work Management Center at the time of their separation from the University Keys and cards not picked up after ten business days are returned to stock Lost Keys Stolen lost or misplaced keys should be reported to the University Police at 590 1900 An Incident Report will be filed and a copy will be forwarded to the Work Management Center Replacement keys and access cards will be charged back to the requester s department or college Eagle ID card Access Faculty and Staff Members can obtain their FGCU Eagle I D from the Eagle I D Office in Cohen Center 152 Please refer to the department website for more information at http www fgcu edu EagleiD Faculty and Staff Members can then coordinate their request for access to offices classrooms and buildings with their department key custodian Requests for card access must be emailed to

    Plant Monday Friday 8 00 a m 5 00 p m Phone 239 590 1370 Email wmc fgcu edu Campus Support Room 30 Work Management Center PHYSICAL PLANT WORK MANAGEMENT CENTER Schedule of AiM Training Sessions for WMC Designated Users The Work Management Center is proud to present our new work order system AiM Please attend one of the available training sessions to learn how to enter maintenance requests using an internet based customer request system Designated department primary and secondary WMC contacts are encouraged to attend For information on Training sessions and Events Physical Plant Events and Meetings link to EventBrite registration page Florida Gulf Coast University Physical Plant has established a Work Management Center which is responsible for entering and monitoring work requests using database software system Maintenance requests such as repairs plumbing lock requests sign requests building renovations grounds pest control custodial moving electrical and any special requests may be called in to 590 1370 or requested by email to wmc fgcu edu Each university department and college has a primary and secondary designee who has been trained on work management procedures Routine Maintenance Support Services The Physical Plant receives budget allocations for basic operational services These services directly relate to the overall operation and maintenance of the Physical Plant Such services are rendered without charge to the University community Areas and buildings that are not budgeted for these services are Auxiliaries that include residence halls dining services bookstore and outside vendors leasing space in the University The following services are considered basic operational services Quality control inspections are scheduled and completed periodically throughout the year to ensure classroom restrooms and common areas are well maintained Warranty issues reported technician follow up on repairs Work orders issued and repairs completed as human and material resources are available

    Myers FL 33965 6565 Phone 239 590 1051 Fax 239 590 1059 Email vforsyth fgcu edu President Wilson G Bradshaw Ph D Wilson G Bradshaw Ph D serves as President of Florida Gulf Coast University FGCU On August 25 2007 the University s tenth anniversary the FGCU Board of Trustees unanimously selected Dr Bradshaw to become the institution s third President President Bradshaw came to FGCU from Metropolitan State University in St Paul Minnesota where he served for seven years as President His previous positions include Provost and Vice President for Academic Affairs at Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania Vice President and Dean for Graduate Studies and Research at Georgia Southern University and Dean of Graduate Studies at Florida Atlantic University Born in Sanford Florida and raised in West Palm Beach Dr Bradshaw earned his associate of arts degree from Palm Beach Community Jr College bachelor s and master s degrees in psychology from Florida Atlantic University and doctorate in psychobiology from the University of Pittsburgh He was awarded a Post Doctoral Fellowship at the Laboratory of Neural and Endocrine Regulation at Massachusetts Institute of Technology MIT President Bradshaw is active in civic educational and philanthropic initiatives in FGCU s Southwest
