    Frankfurt International School gives its employees and client families the opportunity to opt out of allowing Frankfurt International School to transfer or disclose their Personal Information excluding essential data see below to a third party Essential data is required for school operations and school employees or clients agree to allow this data to be stored and processed in all systems used by Frankfurt International School to conduct school business including the organization s systems which may be contracted outside of the school and or European Union The following data elements are classified as ESSENTIAL Parents Family Last Name s First Name s e mail address phone numbers student relationship Students Family Last Name s First Name s e mail address grade level parent relationship all school associated data Staff Faculty Last Name First Name All School Associated Data With respect to sensitive data for example passport numbers religious beliefs health matters Frankfurt International School will not share such information with third parties without the written consent of the staff faculty member or parents Members of the school community wishing to opt out of disclosing particular personal information to third parties or to other school community members may do so at any time by notifying the Frankfurt International School main office or by selecting the proper opt out clause on the initial employment or student application annual re enrollment form TRANSFER TO THIRD PARTIES Frankfurt International School may share employee and client family data with third parties that provide certain services to Frankfurt International School including but not limited to outside accountants and lawyers consultants service providers and other schools Frankfurt International School maintains a list of service providers which are contracted to perform essential business operations The list is available to employees and parents upon request If the third party agent does not comply with its privacy obligations Frankfurt International School will take commercially reasonable steps to prevent or stop the use or disclosure of Personal Data SECURITY Frankfurt International School takes reasonable measures to protect Personal Information from loss misuse and unauthorized access disclosure alteration or destruction These measures include password protection for online information systems and restricted access to Personal Data processed by all of our departments DATA INTEGRITY Frankfurt International School does not process Personal Information in a way that is incompatible with the purposes for which it has been collected or subsequently authorized by the individual or guardian Frankfurt International School will take reasonable steps to ensure that Personal Information is relevant for its intended use accurate complete and current ACCESS Upon request to the Head of School or his her designee Frankfurt International School will provide employees and client families with reasonable access to Personal Information that it holds about them and will take reasonable steps to permit the employees and client families to correct amend or delete any Personal Information which is inaccurate or incomplete An annual data verification form is sent to all client families for their review and correction USERNAME PASSWORD Frankfurt
