    Presidential Search Mission Vision Values Sustainability Dyck Arboretum Hesston Bethel Performing Arts Consumer Information Accreditation Governance Employment Bookstore Employee Directory Home Events Anabaptist Vision and Discipleship Series Presenters and Performers Presenters and Performers Shane Claiborne Shane Claiborne graduated from Eastern University St David s Pa and did graduate work at Princeton N J Seminary He also received an Honorary Doctorate from Eastern He worked with Mother Teresa in Calcutta India and in the suburbs of Chicago serving at the influential mega church Willow Creek As a peacemaker he s gone to troubled regions of the world in Rwanda and the West Bank in Palestine as well as Afghanistan and Iraq He founded The Simple Way a faith based justice community in inner city Philadelphia His spouse is Katie Jo a North Carolina girl who also fell in love with the city Nes Espinosa Nes Espinosa serves as executive director of Timoteo Football Philadelphia which supports communities by empowering men to mentor youth through athletics and spiritual formation His heart for urban youth ministry is evident with 10 years of service as youth pastor at Bethel Temple Community Bible Church and previously with Common Grace Philadelphia and Teen Haven Philadelphia Nes earned a Master of Divinity in Urban Ministry in 2013 from Biblical Theological Seminary Hatfield Pa Ken Rodgers conference leader A Hesston College faculty member since 1988 and current faculty chairperson Ken conducts the Hesston College Chorale teaches organ and music appreciation classes and is a founding member of The Sunflower Trio Dave Miller worship leader Pastor of Bellwood Mennonite Church in Milford Neb Dave s passion is to see people experience God s transforming grace in their lives Prior to ministry Dave played music professionally and was also a national sales trainer for a major consulting firm A Damascus

    Vision Values Sustainability Dyck Arboretum Hesston Bethel Performing Arts Consumer Information Accreditation Governance Employment Bookstore Employee Directory Home Events Homecoming September 24 to 27 2015 Presenters Performers and Speakers Presenters Performers and Speakers Jeremy Kempf Jeremy Kempf serves as Director of Music Worship at Trinity Mennonite Church in Glendale Ariz He has performed and led worship in venues across the nation and has released two albums of original music Often complimented on his ability to draw a variety of musical styles into a seamless musical experience Jeremy continues to write and create music that draws people out and brings them together Zenawit Meuz Nerae Zenawit Meuz Nerae is from Addis Ababa Ethiopia and came to the Hesston College January 2011 receiving an associates degree in liberal arts with a focus on biology She lives in Atlanta Ga and is now a senior at Georgia State University pursuing a degree in anthropology and pre medicine Plans for the future are to either go to medical school or pursue an advanced degree in public health Fjaere Harder Nussbaum 05 Originating from Mt Lake Minn Fjaere graduated from Hesston College in 2005 and went on to complete a bachelor of arts in music from Goshen Ind College in 2008 She then spent four years performing musical theatre in Boston New York Maine Indiana and Wisconsin She married Adam Harder Nussbaum in 2013 and has resettled with him in Eau Claire Wis where he pastors Shalom Mennonite Church She is currently working toward her master of social work degree Thank you Hesston College for offering me the opportunity to get on stage tonight at the very place I became convinced of my passion for performance Jeremy Shue Jeremy Shue works in sales for Re Gen Inc and serves as Pastoral Team Leader at Silverwood
