    you go to the Account Request Form A link to the Account Request Form is available at the bottom of this page You ll need Administrative Sponsor information The Administrative Sponsor is responsible for all university related web content published to the web The Administrative Sponsor must be a full time faculty or staff member Student groups who wish to use WCMS to manage and publish university related web content may do so as long as the Administrative Sponsor is a full time staff or faculty member The Administrative Sponsor is ultimately responsible for the account and its use but is not necessarily the main contact or the primary webmaster First name Last name IU username Campus address Campus phone Name of school department or organization You ll need web Site information Campus URLs of your organization s website Name of destination web server e g IU Webserve or other You ll need Site Manager information The Site Manager must be different than the Administrative Sponsor and is often the main contact or primary webmaster One exception would include faculty requesting an account and site for personal university use In this case the Administrative Sponsor and Site Manager may be
