    Campus Programs Course Search International Education Honors Program Molloy Faculty and Staff Employee Email Login Academic Services Student Solution Center Student s Right to Know JET Library Experiential Learning Admissions Freshmen Admissions Graduate Admissions Transfer Admissions Continuing Education Veterans Admissions Spring Open House 2016 Flexible Learning Opportunities Financial Aid Student Solution Center Bursar Tuition Fees Registrar s Office Course Search Residence Life Students Talk Molloy Parents and Families Schedule A Visit to Molloy Request More Information Apply To Molloy Tuition and Fees Molloy Life Student Life Portal Lion s Den Portal Lion Athletics Student Email Login Password Reset Tool JET Library Student Affairs Bookstore Campus Life and Activities Clubs and Organizations Campus Ministries Residence Life Dining Services Student Health and Wellness This Week At Molloy Suggestion Box Molloy Life News Public Safety Educational spiritual and personal growth About Molloy College Offices and Services Faculty Research Development How To Submit A Grant Application How to Submit a Grant Application IMPORTANT All completed research proposals and pre proposals along with the Proposal Approval Form must be submitted to the Office of Faculty Research Development FRD AT LEAST FIVE 5 WORKING DAYS prior to the submission deadline Please note If this is the first time you are submitting a proposal to NIH you will need to be registered with NIH through FRD In particular if you intend to submit a grant proposal to NIH or AHRQ Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality the Principal Investigator must first be registered in the NIH eRA Commons at least two weeks in advance 1 If you are planning to request funding for your research complete the Notice of Intent to Obtain Internal and or External Funding Appendix II including approval signatures from your department head or division dean before forwarding it to FRD This enables consideration of your needs for facilities resources release time and cost share well in advance of proposal preparation It also allows FRD to advise you of any upcoming changes that may impact your work and guide you on how best to complete the application Appendix II must be submitted by February 1 to apply for Molloy Research Scholarship awards and by June 30 for sabbaticals 2 If you are not requesting funding for your project at this time you have the option of completing and submitting Questions 1 5 to FRD to obtain assistance in planning your project e g identifying collaborators searching for funding sources or other support needs 3 It is beneficial to send a draft budget to FRD for review and advice as soon as possible but at least one month before submission As you draft or complete other components of the proposal send those to the Director of FRD Early review can make the process more efficient and effective by ensuring that the proposal meets the application requirements confirming budget accuracy and determining that instructions are followed carefully and all required materials are included 4 As you complete the proposal also complete the Proposal Approval Form Appendix

    Life and Activities Clubs and Organizations Campus Ministries Residence Life Dining Services Student Health and Wellness This Week At Molloy Suggestion Box Molloy Life News Public Safety Be inspired by our challenging curriculum About Molloy College Offices and Services Faculty Research Development Collaborative Institutional Training Initiative Collaborative Institutional Training Initiative The Collaborative Institutional Training Initiative CITI is a subscription service providing Molloy s research community with comprehensive on line training in human subjects research HSR If you are an investigator research team member or student doing human subjects research you must take the Human Subjects Research Course in order to submit to the IRB or be listed as part of the research team CITI Program s HSR series consists of modules from two basic tracks Biomedical Biomed and Social Behavioral Educational SBE and a set of additional modules of interest In addition CITI instructional materials are highly customizable CITI off the shelf content can be assembled to fit the specific needs of the institution s learners CITI program content is organized into modules which can be thought of as lessons Modules of a course may be set as required or the may be set as elective Modules are composed of text images and video content which generally follows a standard format It begins with an introduction of the topic s to be covered then provides a set of learning objectives after that comes the main material broken up into sections followed by a concluding summary sections Each module may take 10 30 minutes to complete You can leave and come back to the site using you CITI user name and password and quizzes can be retaken to achieve a higher score until a passing score is achieved Modules typically include a quiz make up of multiple choice questions Achieving a passing score on the set of quiz questions is required to complete the module When you complete a quiz feedback is usually provided for each question which includes guidance on why the answer selected was correct or incorrect Module content can be revisited and quizzes can be retaken to achieve a higher score until a passing score is achieved For each set of modules that has been assembled into a course a learner has an associated gradebook The gradebook shows the your progress for each module of that course not yet started started but not completed completed and passed or not passed Training is required every three years To Register 1 Go to http citiprogram org 2 Once there simply click Create an account 3 You will be taken to the page Personal Information 4 Enter Molloy College 5 Enter your desired username and password where indicated 6 Select a security question 7 Enter your first and last name 8 Enter your preferred email address 9 Indicate your gender ethnicity race 10 Hit submit You will be taken to Main Menu To Enroll in a Course 1 Go to My learner tools for Molloy College Click on Add a Course
