    REGISTER Northern Arizona University Center for International Education studyabroad nau edu 928 523 2409 Home EXCHANGE STUDENTS COMING TO NAU Events Your browser does not support JavaScript or it is currently disabled This site requires JavaScript support to run properly Spring 2015 Exchange Student Socials Exchange student socials are a great way to get to know other exchange students Not only that but it is also a great way to see some new areas in Arizona Upcoming exchange student socials will be posted here so be on the look out Spring 2015 Events February 21 Arizona Renaissance Festival The Arizona Renaissance Festival is a Renaissance themed fair located east of Phoenix AZ Step through the King s gate and be transported back to medieval times where knights joust to the death while you eat hearty meals You can even enjoy some tea and chocolate with the Queen and her royal court We will be departing around 7 00 AM that morning and arrive at the fair around 9 30 AM The fair begins at 10 00 AM to 6 00 PM then we will depart back for Flagstaff and be back around 10 00 PM There is space for only 9 students and is first come first serve To secure your spot you will need to pay 20 00 by February 6 which can be given to Andrew Sarracino You will be responsible for your meals and spending money However transportation is provided Cost 20 00 for entry When Saturday February 21 Where Phoenix Metro Area March 27 29 Verde River Rafting Expedition PRM 203 275 00 The Verde River Rafting Expedition trip is just that an Expedition This trip will launch from Clear Creek and take out at Gap Creek covering roughly 14 miles of one of Arizona s

    LOGIN if you have started an application REGISTER Northern Arizona University Center for International Education studyabroad nau edu 928 523 2409 Home EXCHANGE STUDENTS COMING TO NAU Incoming National Student Exchange Students Sonoma State Students Your browser does not support JavaScript or it is currently disabled This site requires JavaScript support to run properly Sonoma State University Students Welcome You are embarking on an extended application process to study abroad and will need to do the following to make this as easy as possible NSE Application Process Work with your home NSE coordinator in advance of the NSE deadline to determine where you want to go Browse ISA for country programs If you are NOT using ISA use the programs tab to browse the NAU exchange database for your location of interest Submit your NSE application with your home coordinator Admitted to NSE Once placed and you have signed your PAF your home coordinator will let us know where you want to travel Submit your official Sonoma transcript to the NAU NSE Coordinator You will recieve an email from your NAU Study Abroad Advisor Work with your NAU advisor to start the NAU application for study abroad When applying to ISA there is an NAU application for ISA program based on country choose the correct one During the ISA application your home university is Sonoma State University During Study Abroad Send your NAU Study Abroad Advisor your host country address email and phone number Email your home NSE coordinator to let them know of your arrival Pay attention to your NAU Student Account for charges Return to the US Send your host country university transcript to your NAU Study Abroad Advisor Make sure you have no outstanding balances with your host country university and NAU Disclaimers NAU Students are given

    does not support JavaScript or it is currently disabled This site requires JavaScript support to run properly Course Registration for NSE Please review this page as you get ready for course registration at NAU Registration Problems Due to Pre Requisite Issues General Courses Registration Problems Due to Pre Requisite Issues Business Courses Registration Problems Due to Class Being Full NOTE When I receive your official transcripts I send them to our Undergraduate Admissions office Undergraduate Admissions will then post the courses you have previously taken to your NAU degree progress However it takes time for them to do this and they will most likely not have this completed by the time you register Therefore our LOUIE computer system will not see any of the courses you have previously taken You will only encounter problems due to these circumstances if you are trying to register for a class that has a prerequisite In addition you won t be able to register if you haven t given NAU your immunization records There is a hold placed on your account that prevents registration until this item is complete WHAT TO DO IF YOU HAVE REGISTRATION PROBLEMS DUE TO PREREQUISITE ISSUES FOR ALL CLASSES EXCEPT BUSINESS First try to register for the classes you want need If you receive an error saying that the prerequisites haven t been met go to the NAU Academic Catalog Click on Courses on the left hand side and look up the course you are trying to register for to see what the prerequisites are Make sure you have actually taken the prerequisites at your home university If you have met the prerequisites complete the Override Authorization form and email it to me at Andrew Sarracino nau edu All the information needed for the form can be found under the class search function in LOUIE the NAU Academic Catalog and the academic catalog of your home campus I can help you with an override into the class ONLY AFTER I have received the attached form with the necessary information from you You may also try to contact the professor yourself to request the override WHAT TO DO IF YOU HAVE REGISTRATION PROBLEMS DUE TO PREREQUISITE ISSUES FOR BUSINESS COURSES MKT FIN ACC CIS ECO or MGT Submit an unofficial copy of your transcripts AND copies of course syllabus for all business classes you have taken or are currently taking to WA Franke College of Business Office of Academic Services NAU Box 15066 Attn Angela Milkie Flagstaff AZ 86011 or you may FAX to 928 523 6559 or email to Angela Milkie nau edu Be sure to indicate that you are an incoming NSE student You will work directly with Academic Advisor Angela Milkie in The W A Franke College of Business If an override is needed to get into the class Angela will assist you with this process Note that if you are looking to enroll in upper division Business courses it will be more timely process Be sure
