  • Steven P. Solow | Pace Law School
    Clinic 1992 1994 For the past sixteen years he has taught the Pace Washington DC Externship Program Before coming to Pace he served as a prosecutor with the New York State Organized Crime Task Force After leaving Pace he was a prosecutor and then chief of the Department of Justice Environmental Crimes Section As chief of the Environmental Crimes Section he supervised 30 federal prosecutors and oversaw the prosecution of environmental criminal cases nationwide He coordinated an international law enforcement initiative to combat the smuggling of banned chemicals into the United States and served on an Interpol Workgroup He is currently the co chair of Katten s Environmental Litigation Practice in the Washington DC office His practice focuses on business crimes internal investigations corporate compliance and security programs and environmental civil and criminal litigation He co chairs the ABA Criminal Justice Section Subcommittee on Corporate Criminal Liability He also served as the reporter for the ABA Criminal Justice Standards on Prosecutorial Investigations and has authored numerous articles and book chapters He is a member of the editorial advisory board of the BNA White Collar Crime Report In 2012 along with his co author Anne Carpenter Pace JD 09 an associate
