    was appointed to the ABA Criminal Justice Section CJS Council which is responsible for the administration of the affairs of the section He was also appointed Co Executive Director of the CJS Specialized Practice Division which overseas numerous committees including Amicus Review Appellate and Habeas Practice Cyber Crime Global Anti Corruption Homeland Security Terrorism Treatment of Enemy Combatants Immigration and International In addition to his work with the CJS Council Professor Dervan serves as Co Chair of the ABA CJS Academics Committee and is involved in the planning of several annual conferences including the ABA CJS Global White Collar Crime Institute and the International White Collar Crime Institute Professor Dervan serves as a member of the Advisory Committee of the NACDL White Collar Criminal Defense College at Stetson He also serves as a faculty member at the program The NACDL White Collar Criminal Defense College at Stetson is an annual multi day training for practitioners in the field of white collar criminal defense Students at the college learn key advocacy skills and substantive white collar law during the program Professor Dervan is a member of the Association of American Law Schools AALS He also engages in pro bono activities and

    Administrative Professional Staff Civil Service Staff Alumni Law Library Give to the School Info for Future Students Current Students Alumni Friends Employers Faculty Breadcrumb Navigation Home Our People Faculty Law Faculty Alice M Noble Allgire Share this page Alice M Noble Allgire Professor Noble Allgire is engaged in a variety of professional at the national state and local levels She has served as an associate editor of the American Bar Association s Probate and Property magazine since January 2001 and is currently servings as a co reporter for a Uniform Law Commission project to revise the Uniform Residential Landlord and Tenant Act She has served on a number of Illinois State Bar Association committees since 1999 and received the ISBA s Board of Governors Award in 2008 for helping to design a statewide Diversity Pipeline program to encourage more minority students to traverse the educational pipeline into the legal profession The program was launched as the ISBA JTBF Law and Leadership Institute with its first residential camp at the SIU School of Law in the summer of 2012 Locally she is a member of the Jackson County Bar Association and a former Secretary Treasurer of the Southern Illinois American Inn
