    see how profoundly your gift to the SJSU Fund affects the lives of students like us Please give to the SJSU Fund today As different as our lives have been we all agree that San Jose State is definitely where we belong We also agree that we are thankful for generous people who believe in us enough to invest in us We want to ask you to please give to the SJSU Fund today because you will be helping San Jose State with its greatest needs such as scholarships that really make a difference to hardworking students We are among the first five recipients of the renewable as long as we keep our grades up SJSU Annual Giving Spartan Pride Scholarship Thanks to gifts that generous people have made to the SJSU Fund we have been able to concentrate more on our studies and less on worrying about how to pay for college SJSU Fund Student Support and Activities Awards are also funded by the SJSU Fund Because of the generosity of thousands of SJSU alumni and friends of the university each year last spring 16 student organizations services and activities were awarded a total of 29 850 to enrich augment and enhance students lives and their intellectual personal and civic growth We are determined to impact the future Kevin and Angel are engineering majors In case health science major Catherine doesn t get into the impacted nursing program she wants to teach and help set students on a college path just as a memorable teacher did for her Kevin intends to work on a team that contributes to the future of space travel As the first in his family to attend college Angel wants to make his hardworking mom proud and show young people in his small hometown that
