    to the Springfield College Child Development Center The Child Development Center facilitates a child initiated curriculum that encourages the social emotional physical and intellectual development of our youngest learners which helps in building confidence that continues throughout life Teachers focus on the process of learning in a way that makes it fun for children The Child Development Center truly is great place to learn grow and achieve With a minimum of a bachelor s degree in early childhood education or a related field Child Development Center teachers are trained well beyond the state s requirements They also are CPR and first aid certified Accreditation The Springfield College Child Development Center is accredited by the National Association for the Education of Young Children NAEYC an independent group of educators that set child care standards in the areas of health safety staff qualifications classroom environment learning programs and children s activities Only seven percent of the more than 80 000 child care centers in the country are accredited by NAEYC The Springfield College Child Development Center is proud to be one of them In addition the Child Development Center is licensed by the Massachusetts Department of Early Education and Care Visit the Child Development Center The staff at the Child Development Center invites any parent or guardian interested in learning more to visit and take a tour in order learn more about how the center can assist your toddler or preschool aged child in their early learning The Child Development Center is open Monday through Friday from 7 30 a m until 5 p m For questions or to schedule a tour and meet with a staff member please call 413 788 2451 Springfield College Child Development Center 715 Wilbraham Road Springfield MA 01109 413 788 2451 The Child Development Center is

    Accounting Dining Resources Dining Services Web page All full and part time students at Springfield College are eligible to purchase a meal plan Students who reside in residence halls without in suite kitchen facilities are required to purchase the 14 Meal Plan or higher Meal Plans for 2015 16 Plan Name Plan Cost Per Year All Access Dining Meal Plan 300 Dining Dollars 6 350 14 Meal Plan 600 Dining Dollars 5 260 10 Meal Plan 600 Dining Dollars 3 960 5 Meal Plan 800 Dining Dollars 2 640 All Dining Dollars Meal Plan 1 150 Weekly Meals The meal allowance let s you enjoy all you care to eat dining for the breakfast lunch and dinner meal periods at the Fresh Food Company in Cheney Hall You receive a set number of meals per week based on the meal plan you select unless you have selected the All Access Dining Meal Plan When you eat at the Fresh Food Company in Cheney Hall a meal is reduced from your weekly meal balance You may use one meal per meal period unless you select the All Access Meal Plan Choose your dining membership based on your eating habits and schedule The 14 10 and 5 meal plans reset each week on Thursday morning Dining Dollars All of the dining plans offer Dining Dollars DD which are accepted like cash in all of our dining locations Dining Dollars function using the same concept as a debit card Whenever you buy food items on campus using this option the total amount of your purchase will be subtracted from your Dining Dollars and you may add Dining Dollars to your account at any time Your unused DD transfer from your fall meal plan to your spring meal plan At the end of the
