    Who should I contact for updates on my project I want to set up a social media account for my department or office What do I do I need photos taken What do I do What other things can the Office of Communications help with How do I request a print project Start by filling out a print project request form We can help with various print projects including brochures postcards posters invitations and apparel including T shirts hats keychains bags and other items you may need Kelly Gonya will be your point of contact for all print projects Judith Kelliher will write or edit the copy for your piece Anne Fischer will handle the design How do I request a Web project Start by filling out a Web project request form We can help with Web projects including rewrites or edits to your Web page copy a redesign of your Web page blog creation and sending emails Cait Penndorf will be your point of contact for all Web projects Cait Penndorf or Crystal Maldonado will write or edit the copy for your project Brian Page or Evan Moreau will handle any back end Web edits or large Web page overhauls My project is both a print and Web project Now what Start by filling out a either a print project request form or a Web project request form Our office will determine who will be in touch with you from there It may be more than one person as each individual in our office handles something different When should I submit my request The sooner you submit a project request the better We try to get your projects to you as quickly as possible Please keep in mind that April and October are among some of the busiest months for our office Type of Project Timeline Advertising Three weeks before the event deadline General Print Four weeks Banners Posters Flyers Two weeks Event Promotion Four weeks Press Releases Two weeks six to eight weeks for high visibility events Web Updates Two weeks Web Redesigns Four weeks Photography Two weeks Should I schedule a meeting We re communications people so we love to chat but we know you re busy We recommend setting up a meeting if Your project is brand new Your project has been done before but is going through an overhaul or revamp Your project includes several components or several departments For small print pieces or Web edits feel free to submit a print project request form or a Web project request form and send an email How do you determine the design and copy for my project With your help we hope to come up with an incredible print or Web piece Each project will be created with your target audience in mind The copy will conform to the brand voice as well as the College style guide The design will be inspired by the brand guidelines too Who should I contact for updates on my
