    Javier s participation in the Honors Program allowed him to get volunteering hours completed inside and outside of campus These hours included tutoring and mentoring to younger kids who need influence in their lives A couple of Javier s biggest accomplishments came as a member of the SIFE and OFC teams As a member of the SIFE Students in Free Enterprise team in my junior and senior year I helped play a role in winning regional awards says Javier Javier was really excited about the opportunity during his senior year My senior year I also had the privilege to be chosen by the School of Business Education to participate in the OFC Opportunity Funding Commission Business Plan Competition he says Javier was one of six students who represented Fayetteville State in the OFC Business Plan Competition in Atlanta Georgia Their task was to create a business plan on an actual product or service and present it to a panel of judges Javier and the FSU team competed against 16 other HBCU colleges and represented the university well We won best written business plan and also placed in the top 6 says Javier Javier has learned many things by being a
