  • CIMSS Student Workshop -- THINGS TO KNOW
    field trip between 4 30 5 00 PM on Thursday 27 June CIMSS staff will work with parents to accommodate air travel and airport transportation Additional fees may be required for early arrivals or Friday departures What to Bring Dorm Sheets blankets pillows and towels are provided by the dorm However you will need to provide your toiletries soap shampoo etc and an alarm clock Dorm rooms will not be air conditioned but a small fan is available A small refrigerator is also available Workshop chaperones will be available on the premises at the dorm for the entire night for the duration of the Workshop Field Trips For the field trip to Baraboo and for daily walking on campus we suggest that you bring the following items comfortable walking hiking shoes rain gear hat jacket or umbrella sunscreen and insect repellent Food and Extras The workshop fee covers all activities food lodging and a T shirt However students will need to bring their own money if they wish to buy souvenirs and or snacks outside of meals Phone Internet Long distance calls can be made from your dorm room by using a calling card Local and campus calls are free
